The Institute for Crisis Management (ICM) and IMPETUS – Center for Internet, Development and Good Governance have officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation that establishes the foundations for a long-term partnership in the fields of crisis management, digital development, and the promotion of good governance.

By signing this Memorandum, the two organizations commit to joint action aimed at:

  • developing and implementing programs and projects in the areas of crisis management, digital security, and cyber resilience;
  •  conducting research, analyses, and expert studies;
  •  organizing educational activities, workshops, conferences, and public events;
  •  exchanging expertise, knowledge, and good practices;
  • supporting institutions, the private sector, and civil society in strengthening their capacities for risk management and digital transformation.

This Memorandum represents an important step toward creating stronger mechanisms for addressing contemporary challenges, as well as for promoting responsible, transparent, and effective models of governance.

ICM and IMPETUS believe that their cooperation will contribute to advancing security policies, developing innovative solutions, and fostering institutional and societal resilience.
