The Institute for Crisis Management – ICM – Skopje represented by the Head of the Department for Training and Publications Prof. Assoc. Lulzim Farizi and the Management Board of Plan & Go-Tirana, Ms. Marlbora Shaini, signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The agreement aims to establish mutual cooperation in the field of education and training. The two sides agreed on a joint contribution to the process of creating functional local policies, national and regional policies in the field of crisis management. The cooperation between the two entities implies joint participation in applying for domestic and international projects, as well as their realization.
The parties agreed to organize conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars and various trainings in the field of urgency.
