The Institute for Crisis Management – ICM – Skopje, represented by the Head of the Training and Publications Department, Prof. Assoc. Lulzim Farizi and the Rector of the University Fehmi Agani from Gjakova, Prof. Ass.Dr. Artan Nimani signed a memorandum of cooperation. The cooperation agreement aims to establish mutual cooperation in the field of education, research and science. Both sides agreed that in the future they will gain the status of factors that will contribute to the process of creating local policies, but also national and regional, which will also be functional in the field of crisis management and professionalism of staff in this area. The cooperation between these two entities implies joint participation in applying for domestic and international projects, as well as their realization by joint action.
The contracting parties agreed to organize scientific conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars and publications of scientific papers in relevant areas of social interest, of students and scientific researchers.
The cooperation aims at the emancipation and acquisition of knowledge among students, engaging them through mobility activities.
